Founded by two passionate teachers, B.E. is committed to creating a toxin-free, sustainable future by reducing plastic waste and harmful chemicals. More than a brand, we are a community of like-minded individuals working together to protect our planet.

Thoroughly Explain Your Offering:

My partner Vicki Zhu and I offer handmade home and body care products, using plastic free packaging, made with natural and organic Ingredients. Our mission is to reduce the amount of hormone inhibiting toxins we are exposed to from commercial products, and minimise the amount of single use plastic on our planet. Our offerings are three different flavours of lip balm, a sore muscle balm, and itch relief balm, a bug repellent bomb, a sun protection bomb, Beeswax wraps, bamboo toothbrushes, and reusable cloth napkins.

Our favourite thing about what we do is reducing the negative impacts that our society has on the environment and intern ourselves.

Born and raised in Oregon, Vicky values nature and sustainable living. Inspired by Cheri’s creations, she joined Borrowed Earth to help reduce waste and promote a healthier planet together.

Cheri started Borrowed Earth in a tiny Hong Kong kitchen, crafting natural, plastic-free products for a sustainable lifestyle. A true maker at heart, she loves creating, while Vicky brings the business savvy to grow their shared vision.
